Casa Rosado, a delightful villa, is available for short term holiday or long term rental and represents great value for money all year round. It's situated on the unique Cumbre del Sol (Summit of the Sun), which is set high on the coastal hills above the small village of Benitachell, and is nestled between a nature reserve and the sea. The villa is in a great location within easy reach of the cosmopolitan resorts of Javea and Moraira, with their wide range of restaurants, bars, boutiques and great sandy beaches.
You'll find the accommodation and terrace on one level, making it ideal for all age groups. The open plan living area includes kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access onto the large south facing sun-drenched terrace (from sun up to sun down). For al fresco dining, the terrace has a traditional stone built BBQ, table and 6 chairs overlooking the terraced mountain garden.
Rental of the villa gives you access to the outstanding gated pool complex (shown above) which is visible from the terrace and is an easy 3 mins walk away. The complex, which is built on 2 levels, has a bistro/bar, WiFi, showers, changing rooms and plenty of sunbathing space and has breathtaking views to the mountains. In the summer months a lifeguard is on duty.
Cumbre del Sol has its own beach, Playa del Moraig, which is only a short drive away. It's a pebble beach which is renowned for its crystal clear water and is excellent for snorkeling and scuba diving. It's a small, picturesque cove used almost entirely by local residents - facilities here include a small beach-bar and the hire of sunbeds & parasols (in high season). Alternatively El Portet (pictured on the right) is also a very short drive away.
