10% discount for all bookings taken 6 months in advance.

Laundered linen and bath towels included in above prices.

The villa can sleep 6 and there is an additional charge of £20 per person per week for those using the sofa bed (inclusive of linen and towels).

Preferred changeover day is Saturday - arrival after 16:00 hrs and departure before 10:00 hrs, however due to increased flights offered by many airlines during the week we are very flexible with regard to changeover days.

Booking notes

25% non-refundable deposit required to confirm and hold the booking.

75% balance and £100 refundable security & breakages deposit to be paid 8 weeks prior to rental start date.

Extras request, ie Z-bed, Welcome Pack, Cots, High Chairs - to be paid prior to rental start date.
